    I have a sticky post on first page and I want to show additional posts on different pages. Is it possible?

    Try setting "posts per page" to 1 in Settings -> Reading.

    If you want just 1 sticky post on the front page of your site, you'll need to start editing your theme's index.php template file and inserting a custom query.

    In your theme's index.php template file - just before the Loop.

    There are many codes on that page. Which one to use?

    query_posts( 'posts_per_page=5' );
    <?php
    /* Run the loop to output the posts.
    * If you want to overload this in a child theme then include a file
    * called loop-index.php and that will be used instead.
    */
    get_template_part( 'loop', 'index' );
    ?>
    </div><!-- #content -->

    Is it like this?

    If you cannot manage this yourself, you may need to consider hiring someone. Try http://codepoet.com/ or http://jobs.wordpress.net/
