Show up differently Internet explore &chrome

when i looked my webpage via internet explorer and chrome .

it looks different .

when i opened chrome it looks little bit expand

and internet explorer show up “subscribe” and “footer” section stay left

i add “subscribe” and “footer” picture via Apprerence – Edit-Main Index Template.. maybe this way is somthing wrong..?

and im using window7 internet explore might be8

is that normal or what is wrong.. ??
i want to show same way stay@ center

please help me to solve this problem ..
