Support » Fixing WordPress » Show Source on W3C Validation. Where is the file used in the show source?

  • I’m going through the process of validating the html on my WP blog. When I click on the line number of the error, it takes me to the the error on line of the source listing. What file is used in the source listing? Because, the text I see on that line doesn’t exist anywhere in my files. Basically, it’s taking me to some text that I posted from the WP admin.

Now, the original W3C error stated:

document type does not allow element “p” here; missing one of “object”, “ins”, “del”, “map”, “button” start-tag .

I’m just looking for the “p” just before that text I posted in my WP Admin. Does anyone know where I can find it?

    Thanks so much!

    Jason
