show recent posts question (2 posts)

hey. two things related to the 'show recent posts' plugin --

currently i have it showing the five most recent posts on my site: http://waxidermy.com/

now, for each post i've created a custom 'thumbnail' field, therefore i wanted to have the "recently added" section have thumbnails of the record covers instead of the text. here's an example of what im trying to do: http://waxidermy.com/ed/this.jpg

i can't figure out how to get those thumbs to look like they are aligned justified in the column. i tried "padding-right:10px" on the img's within that div but that's still going to give an extra 10px to the thumbnail to the right.

is there anyway around this? maybe with an li tag? basically like i said, i want to make them appear as if they are justified with the width of the column they are in.

also, is it at all possible to omit the first most recent post in that list? it's already showing up on the front page so theres really no need to show it in the 'recent posts' section.
