   Hi, I do not understand how I can have a picture of myself (I am the author and owner of the website/ blog) in "my" discussions. Please, give me a tip.

   Without at least a link to your web site, and/or what theme you are currently using it is very difficult to offer any tips for this issue.

   Yes, I think the comment avatar is what I mean (sorry, my english is not very good :)

   Just set your rating at PG and that should do it. You'll find it in settings/discussion under gravatars in your admin.
