It depends on your exact request. If you want to show-up only some article titles etc. you can accomplish via RSS (http://su.pr/33NvzZ) or if you want to move the whole content you can migrate the data from the old DB to the new one. Eventually give me more details to be able to give you a more specific answer.

no i dont wana import data from my old database, i wana show content of my frnds website on my website.

full content, complete articles with authors name and title…
Then if you want to create separate articles for each content item you can use this http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-o-matic (it will automate you job too) or if you want to show his content only in sidebar or just on a single page you can use the link I gave you earlier. Play around and see if the first method fits your needs.
