   How do I show only one thumbnail per gallery using the nextgen gallery plugin?

   Sorry if this is obvious and I am missing it. :)

   having the same question... it shows me the whole gallery, but i just wanna have on picture i want to select. if i click on this thumbnail the gallery should open with all pics.

   ....yes, same question here. what i'd like to have basically is the "extended" option you have for albums. something like "[nggallery id=123 template=extend]"
