   Hello,
   I need to insert extra user info (the extra fields visible when edit a user) in "add new user", also I need to show and search the extra info in userlist.
   Someone can show me the right way to do this ?

   Use a plugin like

   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/register-plus-redux/screenshots/

   lets you add fields to profile as well as on resistration page

   then

   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/amr-users/

   lets you create other multiple other user lists (not main user list)
