Show examples of widget in action

Would it be possible to add an additional tab to the Widget host site that would allow (require) widget developers to show examples of what the front end of their widget looks like? Too often I go to a widget developer page and they don’t have the widget running, so I cannot tell what it might look like on my site. thanks.
