I am looking to create sort of an image rate blog or something but I'd like to automatically have the embed code showing up in each post in a window for people to copy and use. Can this be done? I haven't been able to find a plugin.

This can be done, no question about it. Any half-decent plugin developer should be able to custom-code it for you.

<pre> .. </pre>
around the code. This minimizes interpretation. Not to zero unfortunately.
