   Ordinarily, when a user leaves a comment, it is published under their Display Name.

   I would like to change it so that both their Display Name and Username are shown together, something like this:

   Stephen Court (stephenc12)

   I've had a look at wp_list_comments but can't see any sign how to do this. Does anyone have any ideas how this can be done?
