Show by category instead of alphabetical?

First of all, brilliant plugin, thanks so much. I am trying to use it to be a comprehensive list of my categories, where the parts are divided into categories and then each has an alphabetical list of subcategories below it.

For example, instead of
A
fjdkl
afjdslk
fjals

B
ajfdkl;
jkl
jkl

it would be:
Behavior
–social skills
— friendship

Home/Family Life
— siblings
–blended family

Can you tell me if your plugin does this and if so, how I can do that? thanks!
