Show Authors Unpublished Posts

Hi,

I have a site for users to sign up and post their own posts.

Because of wordpress’ control panel showing each users everyone elses post I blocked them out of the control panel and used their profile page for them to see their posts and edit them.

Basically if they go to their page (author/authorname) it displays all the posts they’ve written that are published.

Now, I’ve noticed some of them saved their posts instead of publishing them and because I’ve blocked them out of the main control panel they can’t access the posts they’ve saved.

Is there an easy way to display the posts they haven’t published on their author page, without anyone else seeing them?

Hope that makes sense. I’d post the link so you could see but I don’t want to break any rules by doing so.
