Show attachments by name, date and file format

Hello!

I have in my website a page where I display all attachments uploaded in my website.

I’d like do give the possibility for users to display the attachments’ list by name, date or file type (jpeg, pdf, doc…), like the filters used on email, to display messages.

Anyone has a idea to do that?
