Show all download monitor items instead of specific ID's?

Hey, love the plugin and it works great.
I’m wondering if there’s any way to just list every download item from download monitor instead of specifically choosing certain ids in the shortcode(ie. id=”1,2,3″).
I’m just trying to make it as easy as possible for staff to manage the downloads. Trying to get them to understand that they have to change the actual id’s listed in the shortcode has been like pulling teeth.
If this needs to be modified, I’m happy to do it. It would sure speed things up though if you could let me know where in the code to look/change.
