Show ad only in certain posts/pages doesn't list all pages

    Great plugin, but the “Show ad only in certain posts/pages” isn’t listing all pages or posts within the site.

    It displays about 50 or so and then it’s all blank after that. It looks like it’s finding all the pages but only able to display the first 50 or so.

    Any ideas on how to fix this?
