Show 4 posts then echo some divs then more posts

Hey all,
Sorry for the title . . . May not have been that clear :’)
First here is my layout code

I need to get my code to echo 4 posts then close and open a new slide.
I have it working fine by listing each post one after the other and style it in anyway I want.
But this seems to have knocked me back 🙁
anyone have any ideas or code that can help me please?
