   Hello,
   WE see links like edit, quick edit, trash, view on this page

   Yourblog/wp-admin/edit.php?post_status=publish

   so i think the Shortlink should also be added to that.

   Shortlink? Do you mean permalink and, if so, you can edit that (it's the 'edit' button to the right of the permalink, which is just below the title on the edit page).

   Ah, okay. First off, that's a plugin :)

   Once you have that on and your API installed, you should see a 'get shortlink' button next to the permalink button. If you're not, can you put up a screenshot of what you are seeing, and verify that you've configured your API?
