On the wordpress.com hosted version you seem to get a shortcut bar when you are not in the admin but browsing the actaul site which allows for a quick post e.t.c. ITs right at the top of the page and is a really useful menu bar when you are navigation your own site without having to retype any url to get back in the admin.
Is this only available through wordpress hosted service? Or is there a plugin i can download to carry across this functionality with my own hosted version. I am currently running the latest and see nothing relating to this topic anywhere.
