Shortcodes Ultimate Header in H1 Tag?

    I’m using the plugin “Shortcodes Ultimate”. I looked through the code, and it appears that the header shortcode simply changes the font size and visual a bit.

    From what I know, SEO practices suggest putting your header in an H1 tag for the web crawlers. Assuming I’m correct that the header tag doesn’t wrap an H1 (code doesn’t appear to), should I wrap this in an H1?
