Shortcodes dont work

    I am really out of ideas already.
    the short codes on my site are just all messed up.
    some work only in Internet explorer browser. some dont work at all.
    my website is http://www.globalpay.me
    I have a professional theme, called smartstart which I purchased through ThemeForest, they said it is not their problem and they dont service it.
    than I contacted the developer of the theme and he said it is not a theme issue.
    please help.

    could you be more specific about the shortcode issue? the description above simply isn’t enough to assist. I briefly visited your site and nothing seemed broken at a quick glance…
