• I am using a plugin for a Contact form. I have tried 3 different plugins and they all are producing the same issue. The form works fine. However, when I insert the shortcode into a post/page to create the form, the shortcode is showing on the top menu. Please help.

  • Where are you putting the shortcode? It should go in the text of the post, not the title.

Thats exactly what I am doing. The only thing I have in the title of my post is the name of the post. The shortcode is in the text area. It was working fine at first…then it started showing the shortcode on the main menu.

Since all 3 plugins gave the same problem, I suspect that the cause is another plugin or your theme. Try switching themes to the default theme to eliminate the theme as the cause. If that doesn’t fix it, try disabling all plugins.

I switched themes and it no longer showed up. So the theme is the cause. I’m using the Corona theme. What can I do? I really want to use this theme.

You normally would back up the theme, delete it, and try a fresh install. But, since it is a paid theme, you should check with the supplier first.
