Shortcode problem, please help Mr. ?

When I add shortcode ([ratings]) in my post, It writes some unnecessary text after stars like this screenshot that i sent with attachment. As you see, these text is already written in my post by myself. But I don’t want to be written again after stars. It also doesn’t seen in my post editing box ? How can I solve this problem ? Please help.
