    I believe I’ve found a workaround on this. I used the WooCommerce Shortcode for Cart Button and then hid it with CSS.

    I am looking for the same fix, would you mind sharing the code you used to place and hide the add to cart button?

    Why don’t you mark the products as “not on stock” and then hide by css the “not on stock” warning?

    Then there is no “add to cart” button.
