In main language I have not any issue.
But when I switch language to [en] (and also clear browser’s cookies) and retry to add the product in cart, shipping method name displayed as main language.

so, are you saying that you have the whole site translated into the chosen language, except for the shipping methods?
I triple-checked this with two secondary languages (one being English) and my default language (German). I can’t confirm or reproduce this issue, though.
