I must of missed any mention of having to add code manually to wordpress pages as thats what it seems you have to do. I've setup the fields etc but now realize its probably no good to me.
There is no shortcodes that one can use is their?

No, no shortcodes at the moment. It's a bit difficult to implement too since you can use the plugin in so many ways. For example if you add a map location, what exactly do you want to do with it? Show it on a map? Show it together with other locations on a map? What map, bing, google, mapquest? What size? Interactive? Static?
Perhaps there will be a few super-simple shortcuts in the future, like for simple file attachments or so. But... that's in the future. Sorry to have to disappoint :/
