    Hey

I am having problems with the shortcode for the Color Button. I have enabled the plugin and changed the settings but when I enter the shortcode it doesn’t convert into the button.

This is the code I am using :

    [color-button color=”purple” href=”http://www.torrytrust.com/make-a-donation/”%5D
    Donate Now
    [/color-button]

I have tried to enter this into the footer php. aswell as in an arbitary text/html box in the widget section. I did manage to get the color button using the shortcode within a post, but it was not square instead a really odd shape.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks
    Caitlin

The shortcode goes on pages or posts. You would not use it as is in your PHP code or a widget.

See the FAQ for instructions on how to use the plugin in PHP.

To use the plugin in a widget, you need to use the do_shortcode() function in a text widget. Make sure PHP is enabled in widgets.
