shopping side without showing any products

hi team

i don´t understand, how to make a shopping page without showing all the categories or products on the main page.

it´s easier to understand if u have a look at our Shop:
http://www.paragliding-academy.com/shop/

I just want a “normal” page without showing the categories but everytime i deselect the shop page in the admin panel the categories appear again.
