   I have been experimenting with shopping cart plugins (e-commerce, eshop and zak) on one of the sites i run, activating and deactivating several options and now my /index.html redirects to /shop.html . I have checked .htaccess and it seems fine. Even now all but one of the plugins are deleted it still won't work. I also can't use a slug -shop, but there is no page or post with that name in the directory.

   Prompt response would be great as this site is live right now, not an expert so I don't know how to fix it, sorry.

   Sounds like one of them doesn't uninstall things. For eShop I have a separate routine for you to use, which you should see on the plugin menu when it is active. Having said that eShop doesn't use anything that would affect things in this way.

   Have you tried resaving your permalinks?

   Thanks Rich. I wiped all my plugins and reinstalled them and it went away.
