Shopping Cart Recommendations

Hoping someone can help. I am looking for a WordPress Cart where a User Adds Product hits ORDER and then it sends the order to me along with information I pre-populate to fulfill that actual order. I also want to disable payment as this is just to order…….payment is done later.

For example, someone orders Flower Arrangements. I want the order sent to me + info regarding what I physically need to prep that order eg, 20 red roses, 10 daisies etc. That way it can easily be passed onto the people doing the preparations.
