   Depends on what cart you are using. If its a hosted solution like fat free cart (fatfreecart.com), you just have put the code in the side bar.

   If you are using the PHPurchase WordPress Shopping Cart plugin, it's as easy as dragging the shopping cart widget onto your side bar.
