We offer repair for thousands of expensive industrial electronics repairs. We want to offer a "shopping cart for our customer to choose the product in our database and checkout with a packing list to send in their repair without paying for it online but still has fields so the packing list has their payment information. Most of our customers prefer to send payment information offline. Anyone have an idea of a shopping cart that has a configurable checkout?
