Shopping Cart Advice (1 post)

    Hi,

I'm trying to do something I thought would be really simple but it's giving me a real run around!

I have a custom post type of patient and each patient has medications (another CPT). I wanted to add a simple reorder button next to each med so it would take the post title and compare it the another CPT (products) to find the product medication (if that makes sense, basically same title). Then using the products post id as the product id add this to a shopping cart and with customisable quantity and price fields.

It seems really simple in my head but I can't get of step one.

Just to note I originally wanted to use Gravity Forms to post the med items to a form and then the user can pick the check box next to each item if they want to reorder it and then continue. Unfortunately GForms claim they have no way of dynamically creating form fields so that's that out the window.

I would really appreciate any help and advice on this one. I've got the rest of the project working, this is the last hurdle and it's really doing my head in!

    Thanks in advance guys.
