I need a PayPal compatible shopping cart plugin that will allow me to direct users to sign off on my Terms of Use Agreement before they move on to the checkout portion of their purchase.
For example, client goes around site ... buys three things ... clicks "Check Out" ... has to sign off on the Terms of Use by clicking the box at the bottom ... THEN gets to go through PayPal and send their purchase price to me.
This is very important, since putting the ToS at the end of the buying process risks people simply asking me for their money back. That just leaves them frustrated and me short the amount of PayPal's fee. I have a fairly complex professional service, so for the protection of my users and myself, there has to be a contract.
So far, I haven't seen any plugin that allows me to place an intermediate step into the buying process; the only option I've seen involves redirecting the client to a specific page after they have already paid.
Does anyone know of a plugin that can handle this need?
