Shop Manager – unable to turn off edit theme options

    I’m running Woocommerce 2.0.20 and have set up a Shop Manager role in functions.php. By default the Shop Manager is being granted access to edit theme options in User Role Editor 4.9. I have unchecked this capability in User Role Editor and updated the role. The setting appears to take, but when I return to the Shop Manager role settings, edit theme options has been rechecked and the Shop Manager can access theme options once again. Is there a way to remove the “edit theme options” capability and still give the Shop Manager full access to Woocommerce settings?
