   Hi all, I am TOTALLY new to WordPress. Have just registered a blog for e-shop, shop cart or e-commerce purposes. Can anyone please recommend the best avenue to follow here - ie: the easiest! :) and also how I would install it in my blog?

   is one, and there are a few others about as well.
