Shipping options not displaying

Hi

I nearly have my online store up and running but have run into a problem with shipping options. I’m using woocommerce latest version with Rustik theme latest version – i have asked them for help with it but they never reply, hence posting here.

I have set up shipping to local and international options and they are enabled, however no drop-down menu or radio buttons show up anywhere to select the option, the only way to do it is to enter an address at checkout. This correctly adds on the shipping, but since Im going straight to paypal from there, i dont want customers to have to bother with all that. i implemented a hack to remove the address form, but with or without it the shipping options never appear, it only displays the default option.

I think the problem might be with the last update of woocommerce but the workarounds i found here – http://wordpress.org/support/topic/shipping-methods-are-not-selected – dont apply. If there is anyone here with experience of this, your help would be much appreciated!
