    Just installed this and am finding out that that the shipping configuration is not very straight forward. The one work around that I found so far is here:

    Given the number of posts I have found in searching for a solution, I am hesitant to buy the $79 Canada Post plug in.

    This is not an easy to use solution, and if your clients are looking for something simple to manage, this might not be it.

    A review isn't the place to get support. Ignoring that a second, that error occurs when no matching shipping rates are available for the customer.

    This can be due to country settings per-shipping method, or incorrectly configured shipping methods. You haven't stated what shipping method you are using so I cannot really comment in detail.

    tl;dr this is a config issue, not a bug.

    @crowderhouse I see you updated your comment and didn't acknowledge my reply.

    Your comment is very subjective. Not only have you not specified which shipping method you are trying to use, nor the desired shipping setup you require you are linking to 'solutions' which aren't needed for merchants that want a 'simple' solution.

    If you need simple, use the built in flat rates/free shipping methods. If you need something complex such as calculated rates, table rates, box packing etc etc OF COURSE that adds a layer of complexity on top :) So consult the various docs/instructions with whatever solution you choose. Those parts are not part of the core WC plugin which you are reviewing here..

    Sorry Mike - I'm with CrowderHouse. I'm NOT a fan of the shipping plug-in/settings either. It's one of my biggest reasons why I dislike woocommerce all together. I don't like the wording, configuration or the set-up. It's not straight forward and needs to be streamlined better, possibly even "dumbed down" a bit.

    Sorry, Mike, I'm not trying to be an ass. And, I did try to take this review down after your first response, which is why I updated it with more detail.

    Given that free shipping and bulk shipping are not an option (even in Canada alone it is a different rate depending on the province), that only leaves International Shipping as an option.

    I have put in book dimensions and weights, and still I have the same issue. I have searched forums, but haven't found documentation to deal with this issue. I am not using anything other than the WooCommerce plug in and have not added the Canada Post plug in layer yet.

    Can you please point me to docs/instructions to which you refer? I am still trying to work this out.
