I just wanted confirmation on something i have found...if you don't have HTTPS forced within the cart page the shipping and coupon fields do not work and will only work on the checkout where HTTPS is enforced. This is how my site is currently setup. If i uncheck the unforce https when leaving the checkout and goto the cart the shipping and coupon items will then work.
