Shipping Cost does not work

    Whenever I try to ship to myself (located in IL, US), I get the following message.

    Sorry, it seems that there are no available shipping methods for your location (United States). If you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements please contact us.

    Under WooCommerce / Settings / Shipping I have Table Rates active
    I have a Zone set up being United States (and I have all the 50 states included too). I have 5 different shipping methods set up and weights entered for the products. I don’t understand what is going wrong.
