My checkout page does not shows $0.00 for the shipping price, but does calculate the price into the total amount. I've tried jiggling my settings, and cannot figure out how to show the shipping price on the checkout page!

It might help if you mentioned what ecommerce plugin you're using.

Tagged appropriately. Sorry that I can't help you myself but I've never used that plugin. Maybe the added tag will help to attract the right attention.

I'm sorry, but what is that supposed to mean? "Tagged appropriately"? What would be the appropriate tag(s)?

The appropriate tag would be wp-ecommerce. See the tag list in the right hand side of this page. Many plugin developers search for posts that relate to their plugins via the tags.
