Shipping calculator says destination/weight unavailable

    Gold Cart version:
    Theme: custom

    I did this: Set shipping weighs and dimensions for all the products. Set up the UPS shipping calculator and other necessary settings in shop > shipping

    I expected WP e-Commerce to do this: Calculate shipping cost on the cart page

    Instead it did this: It gives this error on the cart page above the shipping calculator: “Sorry, online ordering is unavailable to this destination and/or weight. Please double check your destination details.”

    Hi Jaekro,
    I’ve just spent the last 48 hours with similar issue. Colleague discovered solution to our shopcart problems – somehow the last release of WP E-Commerce changed the way target market/location settings are handled within categories and sub-categories. Basically if a parent category, and its sub-category have a target market indicated, as well as the overall shop settings (even if it’s the same market/country), it causes some issues with the shipping part of the shopcart.

    Try turning off all target markets – except in the overall shopcart settings, and see if that helps?

    Hey there,
    Unfortunately this didn’t work for me. I tried it with and without target markets on the product categories but still ran into the same error. Thanks though!
