[resolved] Shifts to the Right! (2 posts)

    Hello,

I'm experiencing my entire blog shifting the right about 5 pixels or so when it's first loaded, then the page snaps back in place to the left.

This also will happen consistently when you click on the blog tite to reload the front page, but if you F5/Refresh this doesn't happen(?!) Can't figure that one out.

Also the archived pages as well as the 'About', 'Uncategorized' pages shift to the right AND STAY TO THE RIGHT as opposed to the front page and others which snap back into place. All of this is a bit disconcerting, as the link that brings users to this blog uses the same background, and transitioning to the blog would fit nicely into the design if only it didn't shift, at on the first load.

This happens with 2 themes tested, default and current(minimalism).

    Any ideas?
    Many thanks

Ahh - it seems it's the scrollbar loading that causes the jump.

The blog is linked from a flash site that has no scrollbars, so when the blog is loaded the scrollbar forces a jump-type behavior.

I'll see if there's a workaround, just because I'm trying to embed the look into the pre-existing flash site. Just wanted to close this out -
