Sheet Music Library

I’ve seen several requests for this application of WordPress posted over the years, but haven’t seen any responses. If anyone sees this and has some creative suggestions on how to execute a solution, please chime in.

I am hoping that there is a plugin for this.
If for some reason I have posted to the wrong section, please let me know ASAP so I can remove and repost in the proper area (maybe in the hacks section if the plugin doesn’t exist yet)

I am working on creating a sheet music management library for a non-profit chorus to help facilitate their music inventory. The system would also be used by the Artistic Director and his assistant for perusal and selection of music.

I have the following:
1. An XLS of the sheet music data – this can be converted to XML, CVS or whatever.
2. mp3’s of various recording that currently exist of the works in the collection
3. watermarked PDFs of many of the sheet music scores

Objective:
1. peruse literature by: author, style, publisher, language and various tags and categories.
2. Search the literature by items liste din 1.
3. be able to view PDFs and listen to MP3s while viewing the entry for a specific work.
