Sharing links like on Facebook or Google Plus

    Hi,

    I wonder if there is a plugin that allows you to share a link as easy as on Facebook or Google Plus. I.e. on FB you get the tile, excerpt and and image from the page automaticaly.

    Is there a plugin around that does that?
