    Hi ,

    Have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins (yes, all) to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). Don't forget the ones in mu-plugins. If you can't get into your admin dashboard, try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    - switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

Other plugins that use the area below settings seem to work. Perhaps the plugin author can assist.

    It is my answer.
I don't know what plugin you are using.
Is it compatible with 3.2 (doesn't look like it)?
    When was it last updated?

All that is found on the plugins page.

The graphic you posted shows at least some plugins active and shows some plug below the settings block. What should be at the bottom is a collapse or expand menu button.

I am sorry I don't understand what this means,

new feature which is " Sharing bottom "

I think you are talking about a social media plugin which puts sharing icons below your post. You also have the same thing in your theme.

    What is the plugin's name?
    What is your theme?

I suggest you go here, http://deluxethemes.com/support/, for support as you have a commercial theme.
