Facebook and twitter buttons are showing, the email button showed initially but just noticed it is missing in posts and pages.
Could have been after WP3.1 upgrade.
Shows up dimmed out in firebug.
Any tips on where to start fix appreciated.

Ok, this seems to be a caching issue.
(title should read 'email' btw) -

Fixed with the latest update of W3 Total cache :)
