I have this plugin installed on my 3.0 running multisite, and NOT network activated. One of my users who has chosen to activate it on her site says that when trying to choose a location for the button to display, she gets a message that she doesn't have permission to alter it. When I go into the admin for her site, I'm able to change the location in the plugin's setting screen just fine.
Are non- Super Admins locked out of this ability for a reason, or is it just a bug?
