Share button not displaying count (1 post)

    Hi, the share buttons at the top right of my posts used to show the share count (in line with the button).

    Suddenly that's stopped. The share count *is* still shown below the post, next to the like button, but I would prefer it to be the way it was before. Any thoughts on how I can fix this?
